As a part of a brand partnership with Phool, decorative flowers are recycled into 100% natural incense sticks and cones that are hand-rolled by 300 women from marginalized communities. Actively engages with Animal Aid, providing vital support to this NGO dedicated to the welfare and rescue of animals, reflecting a commitment to community and compassion. Food supplies are sourced locally, including groceries supplied to Asha Dham Ashram, a rescue and rehabilitation center for the homeless and underprivileged.

Exposes guests to the local culture through puppet shows, pottery workshops, henna art, and safa tying and to its musical heritage through soulful Ravanhatta music in the boat, and the flutist, santoor player, ghoomar dancers and singers, and local singers that create a unique arrival experience.

Bath amenities are 100% vegan, 100% paraben and SLS-free, developed with natural extracts and floral fragrances, and come in 100% recyclable packaging. An in-house water bottling plant replaces single-use plastic bottles.
