Lindsey’s passion for people and hospitality comes as no surprise: her family, owners of Preferred Travel Group and with Beyond Green, built their company around creating meaningful moments that live up to the brand promise, Believe in Travel. Her favorite travel moments have always involved feeling immersed in the local culture and community, eating where locals eat, supporting local merchants, and whenever possible, doing something to give back. She feels strongly that every stay at a member hotel is a step toward making the world a better place. You might even say it’s in her DNA.

In his dual role, Philipp works to drive innovation at Preferred Travel Group while ensuring Beyond Green’s mission is enacted across the entire portfolio. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he brings a unique blend of luxury brand expertise and global development acumen. He previously served as Vice President and Global Brand Leader for The Luxury Collection at Marriott International, where he oversaw brand strategy, marketing, and guest experience for a portfolio of more than 120 hotels in over 35 countries. During his tenure, the brand achieved significant growth milestones. 

With a passionate voice and a bold vision for the future of travel, Nina Boys has a continent-spanning career; from managing luxury eco-resorts to serving as a sustainable hotel auditor, to leading destination assessments and stewardship projects around the world, Nina holds an unwavering belief in the power of transformative hospitality. Today, she actively guides the Beyond Green community, overseeing its rigorous membership criteria and third-party inspection process, cultivating strategic partnerships, and serving as an active industry champion. Nina also leads Beyond Green Consulting, shaping forward-thinking strategies and experiences that deliver lasting, measurable impact.

Hannah Nelson is a communications leader with 15 years of experience helping hospitality brands tell stories that inspire connection and positive impact. As Senior Director of Global Communications & Media Relations, she leads communications and media engagement efforts that bring to life the people, places, and ideas shaping the future of travel and hospitality. Over her nine years with Preferred Travel Group, the parent company of Beyond Green, Hannah has helped elevate Beyond Green's presence as a leading voice in sustainable hospitality through strategic storytelling, thought leadership, and industry partnerships.

Kayla Vieten is a sustainable hospitality professional fueled by a passion for connecting travelers with destinations that lead with purpose. As part of the Beyond Green team, she works to amplify the stories of independent hotels, resorts, and lodges that are redefining luxury through environmental stewardship, cultural respect, and community benefit. With a background spanning sustainable tourism, climate communications, and global marketing, Kayla specializes in translating real action into meaningful storytelling.

Laura Rankin has built a career at the intersection of sustainability, social impact, strategy, and storytelling, helping mission-driven organizations turn ambitious ideas into measurable action. She has partnered with global destinations, brands, and communities to design sustainability strategies that create long-term value and positive change. As Head of Community at Beyond Green, Laura guides engagement and collective learning across a worldwide network of sustainable tourism leaders and innovators.
