Hailing from Kenya, Judith has over 20 years of experience advancing environmental, social, and economic equity in travel. In her role as a sustainability auditor, she has worked alongside  National Geographic and the Africa Tourism Leadership Awards, and her trailblazing leadership has earned recognition from Forbes Africa and the CREST Responsible Tourism Legacy Award.

Masaru is a leading voice for ecotourism and sustainable development across Asia. He played a key role in developing ecotourism standards for ASEAN countries and works with hotels and tour operators around the world. His years of experience have taught him that when it comes to making a lasting sustainability impact, the real driving force is people, not policies.

The former Vice Minister of Tourism for Colombia, Sandra led national initiatives to embed sustainability into tourism policy, launched a Tourism and Peace program, and championed community-based tourism across the country. She continues to shape responsible travel as a consultant and auditor, guiding destinations and properties toward best practices.

Jana has built her career around sustainable tourism, co-founding GoodPlace, Slovenia’s Institute for Sustainable Tourism, which shaped the country’s green tourism landscape and became an accredited partner for the Green Scheme of Slovenian Tourism. In 2024, she was appointed Executive Director of the Green Destinations Foundation, the world’s leading destination certification organization. She has co-authored national and regional tourism strategies and champions sustainability as the defining value in the future of meaningful, luxurious travel.
